While many tests and questionnaires focus on visible and measurable behaviour, our method looks beyond. It enables you to explore your deepest values, motivations, and intrinsic motivations. It's not just about how you act in specific situations, but about the underlying factors that drive your behaviour.

Another notable feature is the identification of as many as 67 character traits or talents. These talents range from communication skills to analytical thinking, creativity, and resilience. Discovering and recognising these talents enables you to optimise your strengths and address any weaknesses.
