Our assessment process is meticulously designed to conduct a thorough analysis of your personality, consisting of three crucial stages:
This initial step involves answering a series of questionnaires with statements that are not bound by time limits. In addition, there are 3 short questionnaires that are time-bound. You will receive clear instructions prior to the start of this phase, which is expected to take between 2 to 3 hours of your time. These questionnaires are designed to gain a deep insight into your profile and form the foundation for the subsequent analysis
Following this, you will -in principle at our office in Bilthoven- have an in-depth conversation with one of our expert consultants. During this session, the findings of the assessment are thoroughly discussed with you, sharing insights and discoveries on a personal level. This conversation, which lasts about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, also provides an opportunity for any questions you may have, aiming for a complete understanding of your results and our advice.
Concluding the assessment, you will receive a detailed written report. This report, usually written within ten working days, includes a comprehensive evaluation of your assessment results, offers valuable insights for your personal and professional development, and answers your specific questions.
Location
We offer the option to complete the questionnaires at our office in Bilthoven. The consultation with our consultant will then subsequently take place after lunch. In some cases, you may also fill out the questionnaires at a location of your choice (e.g. at home or your office).
