The ITTI® Methodology: a synthesis of science and practice

The ITTI® methodology integrates four personality tests evaluated by COTAN, encompassing more than 600 statements that analyse 67 different talents or character traits. Essentive’s ability to measure not only these traits individually with their intensity but also the interactions between them, creates a complete picture of an individual's true personality.

An innovative aspect of our methodology is the distinction between genetically determined talents and those that can be developed or adapted. This insight enables organisations to invest specifically in training and coaching, focusing on achieving maximum results.

Our reports are fully customised and offer deep insights focused on potential and candidate selection. Moreover, our specific team analysis approach gives a clear view of both team dynamics and the optimal team composition, without categorising the candidate into simplistic (colour) categories or labels.
